Bathroom Essentials Australia Parts-Only Warranties:
In addition to any applicable manufacturer warranties, Bathroom Essentials Australia provides the following limited parts-only warranties from the date of purchase:

Toilet Seats: 2 years (parts only, no labour covered).

All Other Spare Parts: 1 year (parts only, no labour covered).
These warranties cover defects in the materials and workmanship of the part under normal residential use.
What is Not Covered by Warranty (General Exclusions):
Unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer, warranties typically do not cover:

How to Make a Warranty Claim:
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Please Note: Inspect Your Delivery: Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect all items for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, do not attempt to install it. No claims will be entertained for damaged products that have been installed.

Bathroom Essentials Australia Warranty: For products covered by our parts-only warranty, if your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement part to be sent to you. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs of the defective part and the cost of installation.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims:

For valid warranty claims, where a return is necessary due to a major failure, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For claims under manufacturer warranties or the Bathroom Essentials Australia parts-only warranties, you may be responsible for the cost of shipping the defective part back to us or the manufacturer. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement part to you if the claim is approved.
Limitation of Liability:

Our liability under any warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or part, or a refund of the original purchase price. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
